Our CSR commitments

Since 2010, Simataï has placed quality and responsibility at the heart of its photo post-production business. Our structured CSR approach now spans three sites (France, Vietnam and Tunisia) and involves all our employees and our entire value chain. This page brings together the public documents that formalise our approach: our ethical commitments, our requirements towards our suppliers, and our adherence to national responsible-purchasing frameworks.

📜 Responsible Supplier and Purchasing Relations” Charter (RFAR)

In February 2025, Simataï signed the RFAR Charter led by the French Business Ombudsman (Médiateur des Entreprises) and the National Purchasing Council (CNA), aligned with the ISO 20400 standard. Through this commitment, we uphold 10 structuring principles: responsible financial relations, collaborative dialogue, life-cycle considerations, integration of environmental and social issues, and professionalism of the purchasing function.

📘 Supplier CSR Appendix — bilingual FR/EN

The Supplier CSR Appendix defines our contractual requirements applicable to all our partners regarding human rights (ILO conventions), health and safety at work, environmental protection and business ethics. It is sent to each of our suppliers as part of our commercial relationship.
