Simataï Online is your online image-clipping service. In less than 5 minutes, you can configure the type of clipping you want, drop off your images, and pay your order securely. In this tutorial, discover in greater detail how exactly the platform works.

Choose the type of clipping you want for your images

First of all, you will be invited to select the type of clipping that you wish to be applied to your images.

If you do trade on marketplaces, you can choose the preconfigured parameters that correspond to the specific requirements of the major marketplaces in France: Amazon, CDiscount, PriceMinister, Ebay. All you have to do is to select the marketplace(s) on which you will be selling your product.

Otherwise, you can also opt to configure your preferred clipping parameters yourself. In this case, you are invited to select the output format (jpg, png, tiff or psd), the background colour, the size of the image, the margin values and the alignment you desire. If you like, you can save the parameters under a name of your choice, so that you can use them quickly on future occasions.

Drag-and-drop your images and finalise your order

Once you have chosen the parameters that match your needs, you will move onto the next stage: dropping off the photos for clipping.

Two drop-off options are open to you. The first consists in simply dragging-and-dropping your photos into the attributed zone. The second consists in clicking on a button that will open up your file explorer, then double-clicking on the images you want clipped. Whatever method you use, carefully check that all the images have been uploaded before proceeding to the next stage.

Now, all that is left for you to do is to choose the turnaround time you desire, agree to the terms and conditions, enter your personal details (compulsory for the invoice), and pay 100% securely by debit card, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

Validate the clipped images or send them back to production

Once your order has been finalised, it’s time for our graphic designers to do their stuff! As soon as all your photos are clipped, you’ll be notified straight away by an email inviting you to pick up the clipped images.

For each image, the validation page offers you two options: you can either validate and download the image, or else refuse and send it back to production. Of course, the second option will be activated free of charge but requires you to insert a comment to explain to us what you would like corrected.
